are all mk1 clio steering columns the same could i use one out of a similiar aged clio from the scrappys i currently have a 1993 rsi clio
anyone tell me how to remove the boot at the bottom of the column to have a look at the u/joint to assess the wear |

sod it iam just going to take the whole column out and get it welded since renault want 170 for a new one and i hate going to the scrappys any advice on taking the column out would be greatfull what is the most popular fix weld it or put shims (spacers) like chris h |
