Hey,
Which Clio came fitted with the 1.4 energy engine? I have thought about an engine swap in my 5 but realised its not worth it, so I am going to save up and buy a decent nearly mint clio with an energy engine to start me off. All I want to know is which model and which year clio did the engine come in?

Model you want is an RT, leccy windows, central locking and so on and only group 4 insurance. |

btw cos its a clio theres a lot of retarded dreamers out there, a grand for a 1.4 clio is plain feckign stupid. they start around 150 quid for one with a bit of mot left and I personally would not go above £550 for one and at that it woudl need a full years mot and at least 6 months tax. |

Good owd energy lump, last forever, cheap to run and maintain like Chris says, mine took abuse day in day out and never missed a beat. |
