not had a movie thread in ages, I actually watched a film yesterday.
Lord of War starring Nicholas Cage.
Normally I am not easily impressed, but this gets my fooking great rating.
Well worth a watch.
Basically Cage is a ukranian who moves to america and is an adult at the cold war and starts to supply arms, then goes on to become the worlds largest arms dealer.
great stuff well worth a watch.
i was also watching doom, never saw all of it so I will watch that at some point, maybe in a years time or so. lol |

i rate cage as an actor..but cant remember the last time i watced a decent action movie.
been mostly watching comedy movies..real stupid humour,that make no sense and dont really have any point to them lol... |

recently i've seen:
Ice Age 2 - Brilliant, very funny
Pink Panther - pretty good, steve martin comes across as a bit stiff
Syriana - slightly confusing
Date movie - shite
Fun with dick and jane - quite funny, not as good as it looks in the trailers |

I seen date movie and yes, it was utter shite and that sort of film is normally what i go for.
ice age 2 looks brilliant, i only recently seen the first one and thought it was very good.
I've started to watch the harry potter films recently too, never seen them before. I've only seent he first 2 so far but i've been mighty impressed tbh! |

Went to watch Scary Movie 4 tonight, was funny but I hope they don't make another. Not as funny as the first two Scary Movies IMO. |

I found Scary Movie 4 a bit pants really.
Watched Hostel - was pretty good story and nice to see some real gore and tittys 
Syriana Kicked arse but will have to watch it again as I missed half of it while reading subtitles  |

Hostel - overrated

I got the following on dvd last week:
Ice age 2 - Liked it alot!
Ring around the rosie - OK but not the best exorcist rip off I've ever seen.
Lord of war - Good film
Dust - wierd cowboy film, but worth a look. |

anyone seen saw II thats qute mad to 1st is the best though |
