Right, just something that's been niggling me. Been driving my mates' 2.5 V6 Vectra SRi (Eco-Tec lump) and at low revs it pulls fine, but dip the throttle any significant amount and the response is stuttery acceleration, almost like something's blocked up.
If you feed the revs in gently it's relatively okay but give it a whole load of throttle in one go and it splutters!
Any ideas, could be anything I suppose, from partially blocked fuel filter/lines, problem with fuel pressure or even a lambda issue perhaps?
Just a general question really as it's not my car but it's been bugging me ever since I noticed it happening! |

Could be anything reallt! Dodgy TPS, lambda as you say. Anything! |

cambelt throwing the cam sensor out.
Won't always get the MIL light on but causes this issue. The belts very long and is a poor set up as well. |

afaik, most cars run open loop when flooring the throttle, which should rule out the lambda.. |
