Hi
Whats the voltage on the immobilser LED? im having a guess at 12volts. Just got 2 spare leds that are 12 volt and are meant to run off the cig ighter was gonna hook them up to the led loom so it looks more secure.
I dont have an alarm, just the dog!

It'll be the standard renault key in a the glove box jobbie and LED on the steering column i suspect?
Who'd want to nick a 10 yearold TD anyway? |

12Volt up to the led then theres a resistor on it which seems to drop it down to 7V, but the one in the chamade flashes. |

God theres always gotta be wise cracking gezzer in the forums, and for your information Addie its 11 years old
The one in the td flashes as well got two holes in the bottom sterring column cowling as those leds dont bloody work!!!! Got 2 spare leds from a renault immobilser system anyway so ill bang those in and see if they work.

Justr wanted to know as got 2 other leds off a renault immobiliser and hooked them up.
Just one thing, the previous owner had overstretched the led and pulled the wire free from the little resistor thats housed in the black protectve sleve.
Ill pop down to the secret of sound place and pick some more up, was gonna put some led's in the locks put cont be bothered with such a job!! When i get that thatcham cat 1 alarm ill get them to do it for me!
