just phoned gsf about a rear mount and they refered to it a a rear subframe mount, is this the right one?

Nope, they list the little rubber gromit thing that goes on one of the subframe corners where it mounts to the shell.
GSF don't do the rear mount, but Eurocarparts do. |

went int GSF to see what they were on about, and it is the rear mount part no 770 804 163 £18.50 +vat
