Just seen an example of anti-lag. Just wondered if anybody knew exactly what it was/does/benefits/dis-advantages/How it works? etc..

cheers, may look and sound good then, but this bit put me off:

on the wrc escort cosworth, for antilag they kept the turbo spinning by chucking raw fuel down it!!
