Khan died saturday morning.
he waited all week for me to come home then died in my arms two hours after i turned up.

he was only 7.

dont know mate, he had a flu last week but the vet said he was fine. then he started to smell and stuff was coming out of his mouth so I went home to take him to the vets but he died before i could get him out of the house.

he stopped eating whilst i was away too, which would have added to it all.

Looked tough as at a distance, but actually seemed soppy as a puppy when up close Very Happy

Hell of a bark on him though!

lol yea, he was soft as shit. I'll never get another like him, no matter how well i train them.

Ah no...Sad thats not a good thing.

I'm sorry for you Docs...Something I have always wanted was a dog...one day I will have one and I hope its one as lovely as yours was.

Think you will get another one?

thanks mate.

I think I'll leave it for a while so i can get over khan and sort out things in general but yea, i think i will ger another GSD.

I'll call him khan too as a tribute.

na nothing stressed him, he was that layed back he was horizontal most of the day. lol

but tbh he could proberbly tell what was going on. I'm just glad i was there to say goodbye.

Thats a bit crap.

The dog trained though? lol he never done anything he was told!

He was an expert at lying down and not moving.

As dangerous as hand cream he was! Made a lot of noise not much else.

Nice dog though.

well, he was house trained. lol and never went for people in the street so that was good enough for me.

never went for people on the street?

you woudent of known if he did anyway, would of eaten them all

but yes, lovly dog he was, despite me having to hold him and thinking if he bolted it would pull my arm out of socket.

how ever. when holding him gave you an awesome sence of power!

but i know how it feels to get attached to a pet.

i mean ffs, im attached to my car!!

it was well funny when neal, roger and i met you, chris H and khan at the south mimms services and you gave him to roger to look after whilst u two went for burgers, roger was like wtf do i do if he runs off after someone?
