Hi to every Renault fan in the world.
I have a renault 19(1.4 EJ6 Engine).A few days ago the oil level gauge(in the instrument panel),its light and the oil pressure light do not work. What`s probably the problem? A fault earth connection?Where is the earthing wire so to check it?
Thanks |

the oil pressure switch wire will be broken.
If you run a wire from the oil switch to the brown connector plug in the aux fusebox this shoudl tell you for sure if the wires broken.
I have this on my ph2 exec cos I cannae be bothered to sort it properly!
It earths through the engine there is no earth wire. |

Τhanks for your fast response. My 19 is ph1.The aux fusebox is the one in the engine compartment(driver`s side-inside the black plastic box).Is that right? The brown connector is only one or there are more in the same colour? |
