how do you get the plenium chamber so sparkly clean? im wanna tart mine up like that, is it just wire wool???? and elbow grease? or is there a good cleaning product to use? cheers |

you can have them cleaned in acid or wet and dry it to polished effect and laquer over it |

in acid?????? i started cleaning with a Dremel with a wire brush attachment, wears out quite quick, does a fairly good job, but i was concerned i was being a bit harsh on it, but acid???? not a do-it-at-home kinda job then/. who does that? chow |

Dremel!!! no!!! you will cause your self alot more hassle and it dos a shite job... 1st get it chmically cleaned then either polish or laquer |

well i got my block and sump done for a tenner
but i no alot of dodgy people lol but just try a local paint spayers and start there, usually they will have what you need, im gona do it this way as it seems you sand more dirt in than you get off |

carbide burrs to remove and smooth the casting flash then sandling wheel in the drill to see how it would come up. The final bit will of course be a nice buff up on a polishing wheel. |

I'm just using wire brushes in a power drill to do my megane one, did about half of it thoroughly in an hour. Looks alright. |
