Hi peeps need to make myself a good hub puller as i have purchased some of the claw type jobbies and they are crap and couldnt pull the skin off a rice pudding. Its needed to pull off the rear drums on my R5 and also the hubs at the front as i need to do a wheel bearing to, so i need to make something that the wheel nuts fit through and obviously the big bolt through the middle to pull the bugger off. Any ideas on materials needed please and best way to attack the project.
I know they are available to buy but for what they are £20+ is a bit steep
OR. If someone would like to make me one i will cross your palm with silver.
Thanks
Steve |

leave the wheel on the drun and pull it off.
To get the hub flange out you hit it from the back with a hammer and drift then grind the inner race off it. |
