Shouldnt see any problems with fitting the 16v zorst, but i will have a look around and see what i can find out for you. The only difference will be the pipe diameter i should imagine, if that is the only difference just get something called a magic pipe (reducer pipe) then it should all fit nicely. Also phase 1 and phase 2 zorsts are the same.

Halfords sell them and you could try place's like Kwik fit. Or any other good exhaust place should be able to help you out. |

tbh if you were to get a decat and cat back system then it should fit OK without the need for a reducer pipe of any kind as the decat for the 16v and 1.4 are identical (at least when I bought mine they were down as being the same). |

Mongoose done great zorsts years ago when i had one on my old 5 turbo, cant see why anything would have changed. Also Janspeed and Ashley zorsts are quality just depends on what you can afford really. Im almost certain they have the same bends etc underneath but i will try and check out some diagrams properly for you. |

The bends etc are exactly the same. The bore is quite a bit more on the 16v but I'm not sure of the exact sizes. |
